His son Ravi Achar has been supporting him in all the ventures and is involved closely in the constructions and running of the company and its various projects.
CLPD has ample experience in building apartment blocks and for the company its success is measured by the outstanding results. Apart from the iconic Suncity, CLPD has also built about 2000 apartments adjacent to Suncity including Euphoria, Zephyr and Genesis. Suncity has been a landmark project of CLPD that has been huge in vision and execution. According to Govindchary, it was an educative experience. Apart from a few hiccoughs that have since been sorted, the residents of Suncity are an extremely satisfied lot - not a small feat by any aspect!
